Brisbane and Sydney Planespotting - Part 2

Part 2 of 4

Part 2 is the exciting flight from Brisbane to Sydney. I chose QF8 - an early morning flight flown by a Qantas 747-400. QF8 is an international flight from Dallas Fort Worth (KDFW) - Brisbane (YBBN) - Sydney (YSSY).

Brisbane - Sydney

Today QF8 will be flown by Qantas Boeing 747-400 VH-OEI. OEI is relatively new - ordered by Qantas in 2001.

Crossing Runway 25/07 whilst taxiing to the gate

Coming into the gate with a Qantas A330-300 and a Cathay Pacific A330-300 next to us

Overall, it was a very good 1:15hr flight. It was surprisingly very quiet. It was a great view from Seat 61A.

The next part (Part 3) will be just planespotting photos from Sydney.
